Services concession: public service delegation for the management and operation of sanitation by affermage (collection; transport and treatment of sanitation) - 2 contracts
The purpose of this consultation is to outsource the management and operation of sanitation through leasing based on: - the operation of wastewater collection networks, the maintenance of rainwater works and the operation of non-collective sanitation which fall within the competence of the community of communes of the pays de sainte odile (ccpo) by the conclusion of a public service delegation contract (contract no 1). - the creation and operation of inter-municipal works and networks necessary for the transport and treatment of domestic, non-domestic and rainwater wastewater falling within the competence of the syndicate mixte du bassin de lehn (smbe) through the conclusion of a public service delegation contract (contract no2). the ccpo and the smbe have therefore formed a group of granting authorities with a view to the joint award of the aforementioned contracts. two separate contracts will therefore be concluded at the end of the procedurethe ccpo and the smbe have formed a group of licensing authorities, in compliance with the provisions of the public procurement code. the ccpo has been appointed coordinator of the grouping. two public service delegation contracts will be concluded at the end of the advertising and competitive bidding procedure, namely:- a contract falling within the exclusive competence of the ccpo and relating to sanitation management: operation of sanitation collection networks and maintenance of stormwater works and operation of non-collective sanitation.- a contract falling within the exclusive competence of smbe and relating to the creation and the operation of intermunicipal structures and networks necessary for the transport and treatment of sanitation
