Process advice at 3pmProcess consulting in the three-partner model (3pm) this framework agreement is intended to support organizations in positioning themselves efficiently, effectively and future-proof against the background of social, political and technical changes in particular. For this purpose, consulting services to be provided by external service providers are provided to support the optimization and digitization of processes as well as the design and introduction of comprehensive process management. The various consulting services can be provided to the client either as individual modules or in a combination of several modules. the respective consulting service should be seen in the holistic context of the organization of the authorities and embedded in the understanding of a comprehensive administrative management (according to the organizational handbook, www.org Handbuch.de). the framework agreement can be accessed up to a maximum value of 76,000,000.00 €. the maximum value corresponds to the estimated total value.
