Contract notice: realization main structure shopping alley
The municipality of nijmegen invites potential candidates to register for the tender for the realization of the shopping alley main structure. after the selection phase, a maximum of five tenderers will be invited for the award phase. the purpose of this assignment is to arrive at a (construction team) agreement and implementation agreement(s) with one contractor for the realization of the main structure of the shopping alley. the infrastructure needs to be adapted and various underpasses (also referred to as works of art) will be realised.In general, the assignment consists of: - relocating the western part of neerbosscheweg next to the existing neerbosscheweg/road through jonkerbos on the east side, from rosa de limastraat/o.C. huismanstraat (north side) to where the road through jonkerbos (south side) already converges; - moving the southern side of the graafseweg to the northern side from the point where it already converges to the nieuwe neerbosscheweg near the nelson mandelaplein; adjusting the new dukenburgseweg from the intersection with the road through jonkerbos to the bridge over the maas en waal canal. for the complete project scope see appendix a contract description.
